What one credit covers
- The venue plan, drawn by you and reused for any event
- The invitation link, carrying your event's name and details
- Guest confirmations, arriving in the list on their own
- Each guest's own page: their seat, the time, the menu, the weather
- Drag-and-drop seating, rearranged as often as you like
- The kitchen list, with portions and dietary restrictions
Credits do not expire this year
A pack stays valid for two years from purchase. If you have a quiet season, the credits wait for you; nothing is lost at the end of the month.

How much does Akirivent cost?
The first event is free. After that, a pack of 5 events costs 445 € (89 € per event) and a pack of 10 costs 790 € (79 € per event). Prices exclude VAT and there is no monthly subscription.
What is a credit?
One credit equals one event, with everything that comes with it: the venue plan, the invitation link, guest confirmations, their personal pages and the kitchen list. A credit is spent once, when you create the event, and stays valid for two years from purchase.
Do guests have to install anything?
No. A guest gets a link, opens it on any phone and confirms. No account, no password, nothing to download.
Can I use it under my own brand?
Yes, that is the point. Your client and their guests see your name and your event, not ours. Akirivent becomes part of the service you sell.
Which events does it suit?
Any event where people sit down at tables: weddings, christenings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, New Year's Eve parties, company dinners or memorials.
Which languages does it speak?
Six: Romanian, English, Italian, French, Spanish and German. The interface and the guest pages all follow the chosen language, while your own event text stays exactly as you wrote it.
